Who are we
GRAY stands for Ghent University Research for Aging Young and bundles the expertise on boosting healthy aging from very diverse domains at Ghent University.
For example, this interdisciplinary consortium combines expertise on the biology of aging, health promotion, healthy behavior (exercise, nutrition, mental well-being and cognitive behaviour), geriatrics, environments that promote healthy aging and the use of adaptive technologies in the field of aging.
And GRAYDB is the setting project to combine the storage and analysis of data from different disciplines in the GRAY project.
What are we doing
We will work with partners and the elderly to devise feasible solutions, interventions, products and services so that everyone can age healthily. In this way we contribute to an age-friendly environment for everyone!
